Never Forgotten’s specialist grave tenders work within the guidelines set out by church and cemetery regulations.
Never Forgotten will provide a photograph and written report as proof of completion.
Grave tending on ‘special dates’ landing on weekends or bank holidays will take place within 2 days before the date specified. Exact dates will be confirmed in writing 14 days prior to the tending.
Never Forgotten accept no liability for any loss or damage taking place between tendings.
Never Forgotten must locate the grave 14 days before the first visit can take place. Confirmation of this along with notification of the date of first tending will be provided in writing. Please see further details on our ‘grave locating service’ in the Additional services section under Services.
Never Forgotten will endeavour to meet your requirements regarding flowers and plants, however during specific seasons substitutions may be necessary when certain flowers are unavailable.
Never Forgotten will allow a cooling off period of 14 days from the date of the agreement should you wish to cancel your order. No work will be carried out on the memorial before the end of this period.
No refunds can be given after the 14 day cooling off period.
